Ingredients:
Cow Peas / Perum Payaru - 1 cup 
Pumpkin / Poosanikai  - 2 cups cubed
Raw Banana / Vazhakai - 1 peeled and cubed
Salt to taste
Jaggery / Sarkarai - 2 tsp
Water as needed
For Grinding:
Coconut - 1 cup grated
Curry leaves a small handful
For Seasoning:
Coconut Oil - 3 tblspn'
Coconut - 4 tblspn grated
Coconut - 4 tblspn grated
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
Urad dal / Uludu Paruppu - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves crushed
Curry leaves a sprig
Method:
Soak cow peas overnight, cook in a pressure cooker for 3 whistle, simmer for 5 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam go all by itself. Open the cooker and set aside.
Grind the ingredients given for grinding to a smooth paste. Set aside.
Take raw banana and pumpkin in a pan, add water and salt and cook till done.
Add in cooked cow peas and mix well.
Now add in the coconut masala and jaggery mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add in seasoning ingredients and fry till golden.
Pour this over the curry and mix well.
Serve.
